Yukon is full of rich living-history, unique geography, home to some of the most sought-after wildlife in the world, and more epic scenes than a Hollywood blockbuster. Yukon is also renowned as one of the best locations in the world to capture the spectacle of the northern lights. We have been traveling to the Yukon for almost a decade and know some of the best locations to help you translate all this visual eye candy into fantastic images.

You’ll be guided on this adventure by Muench Workshops pros Kevin Pepper and Michael Strickland, both of whom have considerable experience in the region. Access to photographic opportunities will be unparalleled—we’ll be traveling on foot, by car, on a snowmobile, and via dogsled to some of the most scenic landscape areas the Yukon has to offer. Because Yukon wildlife is exceedingly elusive, we’ve also arranged to get access to several iconic animals at the Yukon Wildlife Preserve under the guidance by trained wildlife guides. This is the only captive wildlife experience that Muench Workshops offers and is a chance to hone your wildlife photography skills and come home with images of some extremely elusive animals.
