The Free State of Bavaria and its capital Munich is known for its bright blue skies, crystal clear lakes, wild and romantic mountain landscapes, and friendly Bavarian hospitality. During this 8 day, 7 night tour we will visit the famous King Ludwig II’s castle “Schloss Neuschwanstein”, take breathtaking images during sunrise and sunset of Bavaria’s baroque churches, quaint boathouses, emerald blue lakes, waterfalls, and stunning Alpine mountain scenes. Our journey will take us on a horse drawn carriage, a scenic boat ride, and even on a specialty vehicle that will allow us to climb up with ease to the famous Eagle’s Nest. Join us to be inspired by the Bavarian zest for life, wealth of culture, and of course the fabulous cuisine and essential wheat beer also called “liquid bread”. We will visit the Oberbayern region, Ostallgäu, and the Berchtesgaden National Park close to the Border of Austria. Our tour starts and ends in Munich, where we will take pictures at sunrise and at the “blue hour” to capture the city’s most iconic landmarks in the best light. Come and explore this fairytale region with us and prepare to be enchanted! Claudia is from Germany, speaks the language, and is looking forward to showing you the beauty of her homeland.

I am originally from Mainz, Germany and for two decades have been enjoying life in Venice, Florida. I have a passion for anything creative -especially photography. My artistic photographs are reflections of the natural world around me, especially landscapes and wildlife.

I periodically employ diverse techniques to enhance and augment my photographs, such as artistic filters, high dynamic range imaging, and creative pre-and post processing effects. My images have been featured in various magazines, newspapers, and online publications.

I am an experienced instructor and photography guide, and I love to share my enthusiasm for photography and travel. My workshops are a unique and personal way to see the world, take great photos, experience different cultures, and learn new and creative techniques.

My educational background encompasses an Associate of Science Degree in Graphic Design, a Bachelor of Business, and a Master of Liberal Arts with a concentration in English and Multimedia; I taught Graphic Design Technology at the State College of Florida.
